The types of profiles and iron dimensions to be used may vary depending on the need. The cutting process is carried out on the bench with the help of special machines and is completed with high accuracy.Profile iron serves as a carrier and supporting element in many areas such as construction, industry and machine manufacturing. Therefore, quality, technical infrastructure and delivery process should definitely be taken into consideration when choosing a profile manufacturer.Metals with different thickness and alloy degrees are cut with different machine types. Therefore, a single cutting method cannot be used for each metal. Before starting the process, the steels are cleaned in detail and dirt and residues on the surface are eliminated. Offering an aesthetic appearance with their shiny surfaces, stainless steel pipes provide not only durability but also a decorative advantage. These pipes are divided into two main groups as steel welded and stainless steel drawn pipes. Pipe dimensions and weights can be determined specifically according to the area of ​​use and demand.It is of great importance that pipes used in systems operating under high pressure are cut professionally and precisely. At this point, steel welded stainless pipes stand out with their high pressure resistance. These pipes, produced as a single-piece casting, are brought to a round shape with special molds while hot.After the cutting process, the pipes are cooled and any traces that may occur on the surface are removed by cylinder machines. Then, a deep cleaning is done with an acidification process. At the end of this process, the pipes are made ready for use.Before cutting, the dimensions of the pipes are carefully determined and marked. After the cutting is completed, the parts are checked and the production process is concluded with detailed cleaning and maintenance applications.
